The House of Phở is a lovingly created, family-run Vietnamese restaurant and bar. Born from the desire to bring fresh, authentic, and exciting food to the Lincoln population, The House of Phở creators Tina and Steve are familiarized with traditional Vietnamese flavours, having experienced a childhood born and raised in the rural beach towns of both Northern and Southern Vietnam.
With both parents and grandparents who ran local, specialized food stalls, the skills to develop and re-create traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation.
Most times individuals associate eating out with unhealthy habits, however, we believe that food does not need to come hand and hand with guilt. In an age when people are extremely health conscious, our food will be nutritious and tasty without sacrificing flavor.
We are grateful to all those who have helped us on our journey so far, and we cannot wait to share with you our experience and our knowledge, one bite and one slurp at a time!
